Job Opportunity: Assistant to the Commercial Counselor
The Commercial Counselor at the Lithuanian Embassy is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join his team as the Assistant to the Commercial Counselor. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, supporting Lithuania’s trade and economic interests in South Korea.

- Independence: A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in both independent and team settings.
- Preferred Experience: Knowledge of commercial and trade-related matters, as well as relevant experience and established contacts in the field, will be considered an advantage.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing interpretation during meetings with Korean authorities, business representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting in the promotion of Lithuanian industries in Korea and coordinating business missions, exhibitions, fairs, conferences, and other events.
- Translating correspondence (letters, emails, etc.) between Korean and English.
- Supporting negotiations and strategic discussions.
- Conducting research, analyzing, and summarizing business-related information across various sectors.
- Assisting with administrative and daily tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
